While employed by AVR Homebuilders I was assigned a position as Project Manager with E & R Construction Services (Entity of AVR Homebuilders) to rehabilitate 3 projects owned by AVR Homebuilders in Rockaway Beach, NY after Hurricane Sandy. This work included the following projects:Shoreview Apartments: 92 apartments which required a total gut out and rebuild.Ocean Colony Condominiums: 56 Condominiums which required a partial gut out of the first floor units and repairs to the upper floors.
