I have served as youth pastor at Elba First Assembly of God on 3 different occasions since 2005. April 2005-Sept 2008, October 2010-February 2011 and Sept. 2012-December 2015. Served as Youth Pastor at Wooten Chapel Assembly of God from February 2018-February 2020.

Job duties include assisting students in selecting and applying for appropriate financial aid resources; awarding eligible and approved students Federal Pell grants, Student Loans, Federal Work Study, Supplemental Grants and other aid as available; advising students on academic progress for financial aid eligibility; reviewing, correcting and approving student FAFSA submissions; data entry; maintaining student files; providing technical expertise to the Title III project in digital video and web based initiatives.I have been thoroughly trained in federal student financial aid policies and procedures and federal methodology. I have attended SWASFAA and SASFAA workshops for new financial aid officers, FSA training workshops for financial aid officers and a WAVES workshop for new veterans affairs certification officers.This was a grant funded position and the grant ended 09/30/2014.

From May 1999 until March 2002 hosted every afternoon radio program. From March 2003 until August 2011hosted Sunday Morning Southern Gospel program. Responsible for music and commercial selection during the program and interacting with the public during the program and during public appearances related to the program.

Responsible for providing counseling and advising to graduate and undergraduate online students; processing graduation for undergraduate and graduate students; processing degree audits for undergraduate students; fielding questions on procedures for registration, graduation, and additional paperwork to students each term; assisting undergraduate students in course selection to complete their degree plan; and providing administrative assistance as needed as students progress in their program.

Responsible for the operation of the office of the Department of English. Some job duties include registering students, updating student information and maintaining departmental budget; supervising of work-study students and coordinating of their schedules; scheduling of Troy campus English courses each semester.
