 Responsible for collating funds transfers requests from branches for onward uploading on the etranzact platform on a timely basis.  Provide support to the branches on funds transfer related issues from the head office Reconciling on a daily basis the funds transfer transactions executed on the Corporate Pay platform with the transactions posted on MBS across all branches. Identify risks in Payments and Mobile Banking operations and mitigate them by adjusting underlying processes in collaboration with the Senior Banking Service Officer
