During the past 24 years I have continued developing my management skills by creating teams focused on positive, constructive, and inclusive behaviors. I have successfully hired and trained associates on high-performance work teams and have provided exceptional support to both internal and external clients, globally. Additionally, I have an extensive background in sales and client service, with significant amounts of time dedicated to discovering, prospecting and qualifying new clients (I.E. "cold calling"). I have successfully sold clients by understanding their needs, providing mwaningful options, and ultimately empowering my clients to choose the best outcome. In this space I consistently leverage Brian Tracy's sales training program "The Art of Selling" and Bob Moawad's "Increasing Human Effectiveness" as key influences in both my professional career, and personal life. I believe fostering and supporting positive relationship health is critical to having meaningful relationship with others. I also believe in having a sense of humor to go with my analytical mindset. Therefore I study comedic timing, and social interactions with audience members. I sincerely believe relationship health is a fundamental requirement for achieving success in both life and work! I have 24 years of operations experience focusing on collection and management of financial data, warehousing, inventory control, and general business management. I have managed highly creative, productive individuals, while maintaining positive morale and a rewarding work environment! (You can always find me celebrating the accomplishments of others) Outside of work I truly enjoy family time, followed closely by my love of photography, music (I.E. writing, recording and performing original songs), and creative print art & design. Hobbies include travel and outdoor recreation. In my spare time I seek fun and creative ways to be generous by engaging with, and supporting others.
