Building scaleable last mile systems and processes to ensure ultra fast grocery delivery across global markets

Due to the rate of growth required; I was promoted to Manager of the UK Restaurant Delivery Service which I was already in effect doing, due to the processes created and managed by myself in my previous role below. Showing a bias to action and willingness to be flexible to ensure the service could grow across multiple locations with multiple Delivery Partners and Branded Restaurant Groups.Running a team of 2 expansion coordinators to ensure the multiple processes were kept to by different teams. My team are responsible for the management of: the onboarding of restaurant information from both Branded Restaurant Groups and Independent Restaurants, the operations team who call to get stores trained and online, sufficient courier recruitment relating to the stores available in any given zone and marketing activity to maximise order volume at launch.I have worked closely with Salesforce development teams and other software development teams to ensure Just Eat has the infrastructure in place to launch at pace, leading on improvements to our onboarding software that allow us to constantly increase the number of stores launched each week

Associate project manager specializing in agile project management; using agile and DSDM techniques to both create and manage multiple processes across Just Eat and external partners such as KFC, Burger King and Subway.Experienced in coordinating between multiple cross functional stakeholders. My role involved ensuring Operations, National & Local Marketing, Courier recruitment and Branded Restaurant Groups were perfectly aligned to efficiently launch restaurants onto the nationwide Just East Restaurant Delivery Service.Role originally involved being out on site across the country, making sure issues on launch day were worked through with both couriers and restaurant partners. However it was soon clear that my skills and knowledge were better utilised co-ordinating across the several internal and external stakeholders to ensure launches were prepared for in more detail, minimising risk of delays or issues upon launch. This meant creating multiple processes that have allowed the Just Eat Restaurant Delivery Service to scale at the rate it has.

Provided project support across multiple energy efficiency schemes for Ofgem, ranging from managing annual legislation updates to projects improving the flow of data and information relating to energy efficiency installations.Working closely with senior government officials, policy developers and external energy providers to ensure the legislation developed was aligned with what was possible on site and was produced on time for sign off in the house of commons.Was also responsible for multiple knowledge management projects across E-Serve to ensure the proper documentation and organisation of important information relating to the efficieny / renewable energy schemes.

Working in conducting site audits on accredited renewable technology to the Domestic RHI scheme, run by Ofgem E-serve. This means ensuring installations and properties comply with scheme rules and regulations, showing a keen attention to detail to ensure government grants were awarded fairly
