I currently work as an auto-enrolment telephony support consultant with Scottish Widows. Having successfully applied for the position in 2015, I started within the role in January 2016 without any prior knowledge of auto-enrolment or pensions. The core purpose of my role is to provide support and technical support for employers and financial advisors using the Scottish Widow’s AssistMe system and questions they using the system and general auto-enrolment questions to ensure our customers receive the best support possible. Within my time in AEST, I have managed to develop my knowledge of auto-enrolment and pensions so I can deliver great customer care so I can put the customer first and make Lloyds Banking Group the best for customers.Prior to joining Scottish Widows I used to work for the high street chemist Boots. While working for Boot between 2009 and 2015, between 2009 and 2014 on a part time basis and full time between 2014 and 2015. During my time with Boots I worked in both the walking dispenser and the Care Home Services department holding both the positions of Sales Assistant and Dispenser. In 2011 I was successful in completing my NVQ level 2 certificate which allowed me to become a fully qualified dispenser. The majority of my work while part of the CHS team was to ensure mid month medication and emergency medication was sent out as soon as possible. I was in charge of ensuring medication was correctly dispensed, bagged and put in the correct order for delivery out to the care homes ensuring they were put on the correct delivery route and went out on time.
