I have been working for Travis Perkins since April 1998 and have held a number of roles within the company from Customer sales,Supervisor,Assistant branch manager and Branch manager.I have had a number of highlights within my career with Travis Perkins from completing my management training programmes (AMDP,MDP & SMDP),Sitting on the stay safe board for the south west region,Scoring an 8 on a stay safe audit(the highest score achievable) and having a record year in 2016 which resulted in achieving branch of the year which was an outstanding achievement for me and the team at Travis Perkins Botley Oxford.Recently achieved a record year (2021) at Travis Perkins Didcot with over £4 million customer sales and a return of £686k net profit from a team of 12.I would describe myself as a driven individual and very much a people person,Someone who can motivate a team to achieve their goals and I have a track record for bring new talent though the business.
