I am a trained Hire Service Engineer working in a workshop. I carry out a varied range of tasks involving testing, repair, and calibration of plant equipment and hire tools. I also support the team in booking-in, picking, loading, and unloading operations, ensuring that our customers get their orders on time. Additionally, with my 8 years of customer sales experience, I support the branch in delivering outstanding services that keep our customers returning time and again.

Responsible for the health, safety, and operational efficiency of the warehouse.Some other duties include:- Worked as part of a 12-member team, supporting the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.- Picked accurately following picking notes. - Booked-in supplies (deliveries) into the warehouse management system.- Assisted the branch with loading and unloading operations.- Replenished stock and carried out stock audit.- Processed all returns back into stock (branch, site, and customer returns).- Prepared customer orders for collection – large and small requirements. - Ensured picking locations were fully stocked.- Checked pallets and croc boxes for auditing purposes, and condensing as required.- Recorded all damages into the warehouse management system.- Ensured the warehouse was clean at all times.- Complied with the company’s Health and Safety policy.- Carried out any other task(s) assigned by the warehouse supervisor.

- Ensure quality billing of customers to reflect actual energy consumption- Coordinate all cash-drive activities at the office, and be accountable for 100% of revenue billed to customers.- Resolve all billing and revenue-related complaints.- Drive efficiency in new customer acquisition and retention.- Ensure adequate maintenance of all customer's accounts to reflect the current status.- Manage customer database effectively.- Render weekly report of all commercial activities within the office.- Implement marketing strategies to meet and exceed the commercial target of the company.- Meeting the cash collection and revenue targets of the office.- Monitoring of set targets for Energy Sales Supervisors and Energy Sales Representatives.- Identify, evaluate and implement new customer acquisition strategies.- Identify emerging markets to harness opportunities for new customer acquisition.- Comply with Quality Management System/Occupational Health and Safety requirements.- Assist in carry-out any other duties as requested by the Business Manager or Commercial Manager.
