Stephen,is a dedicated and result-driven professional with more than 15 years in the field of social and economic research.I have acquired some remarkable skill sets for both qualitative and quantitive research which has helped me to be noticed by alot of notable research organisations in Ghana such as Institute of Social, Statistical and Economic Research [ISSER] and Institute of Development and Economic Research [IDER] for which i have contractual agreement with.I have worked across the 16 regions of Ghana which has helped me adopt to various cultures and dynamics.I have also cordinated projects for different instituitions with my biggest achievements being the World Bank Sponsored Household Register for the North East Region.I supervised 12 teams each made up of 6-10 members as well as 6 district cordinators and 6 community focal persons for the project.Experiences lent in working with these organisation has helped build my professional career. I have currently added financial Consultancy to boost and broden my knowledge going forward.This I am sure will help me to be more productive.
