As a Senior Director and Advisor of Transformation and M&A Services, I worked primarily on the phases of exploratory diligence, confirmatory diligence, day one readiness and execution, then post close transformation (integration or separation) and stabilization.My 37 years of global experience include helping companies and organizations develop and execute transformational strategies including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, business process, organizational, cultural and change management transformations. I spent 14 years at Ernst & Young (EY) LLP, most recently as a Senior Director of Global M&A Planning and Execution where I directed and managed a broad range of operationally focused services for Fortune 500 companies. Notable projects I led include mergers & acquisitions integration, divestiture, operational restructuring and working capital optimization. Prior to EY, I had various roles in my 21-year career at Dow Chemical, including Global Supply Chain Leader, internal M&A and post-merger integration of business and operations. My other roles were in operations, Quality, capital projects and EH&S.I am passionate about building shareholder and stakeholder value and am recognized for enhancing these values through partnering and collaboration.When I’m not working, I enjoy cycling and hiking.
