• Acting east coast supervisor • National lead for DMG • National lead for AYCO sites• National lead for metrics reports and subsequent reports • Special project work in coordination with supervisors, managers, and director • Greet / escort visitors entering site • Sort / deliver incoming, outgoing mail and overnight packages • Oversee office supplies • Oversee pantry supplies • Catering coordinator• Manage conference center • Coordinate in conjunction with Facility Manager on all facility issues • Answer and direct all incoming calls to the office

• Review daily numbers and distribute work accordingly to staff daily• Monitor queues throughout day and move team members accordingly • First point of escalation of issues from team or vendors • Review all training procedures and policy to ensure effectiveness • Train new associates on procedures• Distribute and train current team on any new procedures that go into effect• Track and process all proper preservation service invoiced in compliance with financial policies.• Perform day to day financial transactions of property preservation invoices including verifying, classifying, computing and resolve billing issues via phone or email.• Facilitate swift payment of invoices due to the organization.• Complete various accounting tasks using our proprietary software.• Invoice and complete a thorough review of HUD Property Inspections• Perform other related tasks as the need arises.

• Sole contact for all outside vendors as it pertains to the office and facilities maintenance• Maintain current records of all contracts and profiles of SingleSource Property Solutions• Act as liaison between the company and building management• Oversee office and food supply inventory• Coordinate all on-site / off-site company and customer events • Perform a wide variety of administrative duties as required by daily office activities and the Executives• Send correspondence, and meeting requests on behalf of Senior Management• Respond to emails, phone calls, and meeting requests on behalf of the President• Manage President’s calendar, contacts, emails and voicemails while President is out of the office • Act as liaison between President and other executive staff while President is out of the office • Sort / deliver incoming and outgoing mail and overnight packages• Manage weekly time sheets and report to Human Resources• Manage conference room meetings

• Assign agent to foreclosed property• Request initial occupancy checks • Complete tasks within allotted time frame
