I have a strong passion for providing the best customer experience possible when it comes to IT service and support. It has been the driving force behind my career, which has exposed me to a wide range of industries, from working with individual users to managing small businesses from home offices, and even operating at a fully functional air base like RAF Lossiemouth. I am a fully trained installation and support engineer for Immersive Telepresence services and have also received training on Microsoft PixelSense, previously known as Surface.Moreover, I have experience in account and computer management using web-based AD and Office 365 admin. resolving issues within SLA times, logging tickets, and assigning them to correct groups. I am also proficient in escalating issues as required, working within the ITIL framework, setting up hardware for new starters, local/network printers, scanners/fax machines, and physically installing PCs, laptops, servers, and all associated peripherals. I am well-versed in patching data/telephone and supporting Microsoft applications. Additionally, I have experience in SCCM, Intune, PDQ and deployment software to perform tasks such as creating computer accounts and pushing software.
