Airfield Management Operations Lead
CurrentDuties: Supervises Airfield Management Dispatchers and ensures the Airfield Operations Function provides a safe and effective environment for all flying and ground operations conducted on the airfield. Creates work schedules to ensure Air Operations is manned during all periods of flying operations. Conducts Dispatcher initial, recurring, and refresher training in accordance with current FAA Part 139, Air Force Instructions, and contract Statements of Work. Initiates certification and de-certification actions for all Air Operations Dispatchers as required. Creates and manages the Airfield Driver's Training Program. Creates and updates Quick Reaction Checklists, Standard Operating Procedures, Letters of Agreement, Memorandums of Agreement, and Dispatcher Information File. Submits required monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual Airfield Status/Accomplishment Reports to US Government and Company Quality Assurance. Processes Flight Plans, NOTAMs, Local Advisories, PPRs, Flight Weather Watches, Advisories and Warnings as well as other time critical data for all flying activities. Certified as Airfield Management Dispatcher and performs duties as the same when required.

: Airfield Manager at deployed Airfield locations in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and other combat operations. Oversees the conduct of all airfield activities to ensure a safe operating environment for personnel and aircraft operations in combat zones. Created and implemented airfield parking plans to be used due to severely limited ramp space.

Supervises and performs inter-service activities to ensure effective inter-service liaison activities to ensure effective integration of combat air resources on the battlefield.
