I have extensive research experience in environmental science and related fields. My active project contributions include the CEE2ACT project: Empowering Central and Eastern European countries to develop circular bioeconomy strategies, the project "Advanced Research Supporting the Forestry and Wood-Processing Sector's Adaptation to Global Change and the 4th Industrial Revolution (EVA)," the IMMPEX project at the Thünen Institutes of Farm Economics (BW) and Market Analysis (MA), and the UNEP/GIZ-funded Green Economy Transition Project in Ghana. I previously worked at the Science and Technology Policy Research Institute (CSIR-STEPRI) in Ghana, where I actively contributed to various projects within the Agriculture, Medicine, and Environment Division. I also served as the National Contact Point (NCP) for food security, sustainable agriculture, marine and maritime research, and the bioeconomy under the EU’s Horizon 2020 framework program. My research interests span a broad range of sustainability issues, including managing invasive aquatic weeds, climate change adaptation and mitigation, environmental disaster and risk reduction, green and bioeconomy sectors, and the study of herbal medicine in Ghana.
