As Managing Partner, VP of Sales of this new entity, my main focus was continuing to build the Managed Print Service offering as it provided tremendous growth and the strong potential for future growth due to it's ability to continue to expand our sales reach across the country. My responsibilities also continued to include coaching and mentoring employees consisting of sales reps, sales leaders, and sales managers. The Managed Print Service offering provided tremendous growth which grew as much as 40% year over year and allowed us to diversify our portfolio. My ability to adapt to a changing market provided the platform for a strong, predictable recurring revenue stream and consistent profit growth which continued to reach new customers and opportunities across the country. My responsibilities also included coaching and mentoring employees consisting of sales reps, sales leaders, and sales managers. I was recognized as being one of the Top Sales Reps for Xerox Canada winning the 'Top Gun' award in 2001 which recognizes the top 5% of sales reps in the country. Another achievement in this role was being the first rep in the country to hit $1 million dollars in sales.
