I teach about emotions, how they can affect us, and everything about us, our work, play, etc... Emotions have been thought of as an Energy since the word means..."Energy In Motion"...and that is what we are...I have 15 years as a researcher. I have a background in Psychosomatic Phenomena 2 years of study back from 1974 to 1976. This was not a frivolous endeavor, but 12 hour days on weekends, at a cost of 2,000 for the course. It taught about "Talking Therapy Techniques". This was a course to train practitioners. I passed the course. I was a Martial Arts Instructor. I did that into the early 2000s when I got sick. I was left in a state of shock with emotional problems...In 2009 I discovered a technique that is very helpful for trauma. It is based on Freud's work with "Shell Shock"...as Shock is probably the biggest part of any traumatic experience...The technique works very well on shock. I wrote up my work, and did a DVD... "Happiness Is No Charge"... have you ever heard the term: "Emotional Charge"? This is the build up of negative emotions... the technique addresses negative emotions directly, and this helps reduce and even stop them. Many people even with severe PTSD and Depression like I have and had, have gotten benefit from being able to stop the emotions connected to their condition.   I have been an emotional researcher since 2009, after having 5 years of illness and ending up with PTSD in 2007.I have written nine books on emotions, and how the technique I discovered, can stop emotional episodes and many phenomena. I usually have, or have had, the things I write about, like PTSD symptoms. Dissociation, OCD, Mania, Anxiety, Hysteria, Depression, Suicidality, and many other issues. Still, I stop those with this non medical technique. I don't even address, The Brain ... The Emotional Charge Technique does not require a practitioner, or even practice to work... usually it works out of the box. I have a two year background in Psychosomatic Phenomena. I took an extensive therapy course in 1974.However, my main occupation was Martial Arts Instructor. Ran a Karate school, and privately, for 40 years. Retired from that, I devote my time to my emotional work.
