With diverse experience in automotive finance, logistics, and operations, I am able to see the dollar value of potential improvements in real time. I have packed a decade of experience into 5 years with the number of hours and effort I have invested into my career. I pride myself on the development of others. I believe that empowering others to learn and do more allows you to increase your scope and grow even more. My experience in the automotive finance industry allowed me to improve in root cause analysis and data interpretation. I also learned how to precisely dissect data to convey deficiencies in the business which would then open the door for an analysis driven solution. Experience in Logistics and operations has given me the opportunity to lead large teams of up to 300 people at a time to execute in high pressure situations. I am also challenged to integrate data driven decisions and sometimes, take calculated risks to meet the customer promise.
