I was responsible for managing all technology services used by the staff, Board of Directors, and 70,000 club members.I managed and led the direction of the migration from our legacy membership database and website to the Club's new, more closely integrated.

As Deputy Program Manager I was responsible for managing a team of three. I maintained the budget for salary, travel and other expenses. We were all tasked with analyzing the client's current practices, integrating those practices into our software solution, and instructing administrators and end users in the use of the software solution.

I maintained AIS's install of Peregrine's AssetCenter asset tracking database. I also wrote a custom solution to keep track of decisions made at the end of an asset's lease. Our team was also responsible for tagging assets and conducting equipment inventories.
