Responsible for the design and implementation of business growth strategies of a start-up environmental technology business, to ensure the realisation of the benefits detailed within the Business Plan. Responsible for driving improved business systems and processes across the Region to enable the budget contribution and business objectives to be recognised. Responsible for the effective performance of Overhead expenditure against budget.  The development, introduction and on-going iteration of the Region’s approach to project implementation and controls  Accountable for the delivery of all aspects of contracts within Business Unit Review, assess and troubleshoot projects ensuring that they are delivered on time, on budget and at a quality level expected by the Client.  Develop Project Management guidelines and ensure compliance is maintained on all projects. Functional management and co-ordination of Project Managers, Project Engineers and Project Controls Staff. Responsible for guidance, coaching and training of the Project Management team in the use of project management tools and processes and development of training  Responsible for the PMO  Ensure all projects have in place a rigorous Management of Change (MOC) process. Review all project risks and related proposed mitigation measures, and escalate as necessary Ensure competency and training requirements are met for all Project Managers, Project Engineers and Project Controls Staff. Monitoring of the overall project progress and coordinating corrective action for maintaining project schedules. Monitor and ensure that project budgets are maintained looking to exceed the budgeted financial objectives  Review the forecast revenue, profitability, rates and utilisation across all projects. Devise, produce and implement new systems and processes

Accountable for the delivery of various industry related products and technology EPC projects within the Oil & Gas Industry, including CFUs, Hydrocyclones and Centrifuges on FPSOs and Fixed Platforms. All projects within the Project Manager’s (Technology) remit are deemed strategically significant to ensure the company meets its Business Development and diversification objectives.  Accountable for the delivery of all aspects of contracts within the Technology Group Identifying and communicating the objectives for the project teams (technical and services) in accordance with the contract terms, scope of work and company policies Accountable for the management of all technical and non technical team members to ensure successful delivery of the project  Manage all relationships within the supply chain; clients, agents, vendors and joint venture partners, ensuring immediate identification and timely resolution of project risks and issues Develop Clients and Vendors from Transactional to Strategic relationships Formulation and execution of project policies in all key areas, in particular planning, engineering execution and resourcing, procurement, construction and change management Ensure compliance with QMS and DPS Project Management guidelines Produce Quality Procedures and guidelines specifically related to the delivery of Technology projects for implementation across the Business, combining current QMS Procedures where applicable
