District Director, The Congressional Leadership Fund – Omaha, NE and Mt Laurel, NJ February 2017-November 2018♦ Founded the first-ever field office for CLF, and created the blueprint used for all subsequent offices.♦ Coordinated logistics and recruited attendees for media events, such as The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, and TIME.♦ Tracked Democratic opponents and organized over 15 different rallies and protests, utilizing themes and costumes.♦ Achieved 1,257,000 voter contacts in Omaha (786,000 calls, 471,000 doors), and 1,328,000 in Mt Laurel (750,000 calls, 578,000 doors).♦ Built relationships with local professors, teachers, and Republican organizations to form channels for advertising the CLF internship.♦ Recruited over 300 unique student interns to participate in the election process in each office location.♦ Recognized by DC superiors for excellence in recruitment and retention techniques and tasked with assisting nearby CLF offices.Youth Coordinator, Don Bacon for Congress – Omaha, NE February 2016-November 2016♦ Jump-started grassroots campaign from single digit name-ID to a 67-33 win over Republican primary opponent.♦ Defeated Democratic incumbent, despite being outspent by over $1,000,000.♦ Contributed to social media, documenting events on Snapchat and Facebook with pictures and videos.♦ Recruited and trained 30 student interns who knocked 275,000 doors, and recruited adult 30 volunteers for parades.Caucus HQ Captain, Rand Paul for President – Des Moines, IA December 2015-February 2016♦ Motivated student volunteers by formulating competitions and developing incentive programs to make 2,000,000 phone calls.♦ Recruited 50 student volunteers by using techniques like Facebook graph searching, and set up 12 Students for Rand clubs.♦ Recognized for recruiting the most precinct captains to present on behalf of the campaign at caucus locations.
