EVP Worldwide Sales for Bruker's Nanosurfaces Business (BNS).Responsibilities included:o Delivering annual global sales bookings to budget for BNS.o Management of a large team of sales, sales applications, sales admin, MARCOM and order entry staff, spread globally amongst some 20 sales offices and demonstration laboratories.o Ultimate BNS corporate responsibility for short, medium and long range sales bookings forecasting.o Development and execution of a formal sales strategy that addresses the key areas of driving sales performance, sales team development and training, implementation of a formalized sales process, optimization of CRM, sales compensation planning, optimizing coverage for multiple market segments and product lines and expansion of sales channel into emerging regions.o Part of the BNS mergers and acquisitions team, responsible for due diligence on sales related elements of acquisition targets such as sales revenue validation, pipeline analysis, contractual matters and sales team integration.
