About Stephen Bailey
A motivated and committed Individual with a proven track record for delivering a high level of service within the area of coaching, content creation for training purposes, knowledge transfer and linguistics. As an educational consultant and motivational speaker/trainer I have presented for (National Geographic) and been involved in many projects for (Cornelsen Verlag) as a consultant, materials developer and author. As for linguistics a have also developed skills as a translator (SDL Trados) and performed Linguistic Annotation for Transfer learning (Spacy API).Being an entrepreneurial thinker and motivator my transition into the area of Agile Development has been extremely smooth due to my strong background in professional development and coaching. I am very much into the constructivist and discovery approach, which really empowers teams to develop. Furthermore, my close collaboration with developers as a linguist for NLP projects has given me the knowledge and appreciation for technical excellence & delivery.This combination of skills has already proven to be highly effective working with and helping teams and corporations to develop an Agile mindset.
