I am a very experienced Manufacturing Professional who has demonstrated success across all key Operational roles. I have a calming influence on challenging situations and believe there is always a solution to a problem. I am a strong believer in developing people with a focus on continuous improvement and added value. I have managed Operations across a diverse range of Manufacturing processes and materials and as a Senior Manager I am aware of those influences that affect the P&L. I have developed many transferable skills including those modern techniques that have given me a demonstrated track record of delivering continuous improvement by identifying Capital Investment and processes that can and have delivered to the bottom line . I am used to working at a Senior level and have been used to presenting regularly at Divisional board level.
