I have 16 years experience developing novel organic electronics devices and pushing them from the lab to pilot-scale production. Most recently I lead a team delivering new products directly into a high-pressure production environment. I was responsible for project planning, direct customer communication, - on-site and remote - onboarding new team members and, inevitably, adapting to changing customer needs in an agile way.Previously, I was responsible for my own customer-facing projects requiring regular travel to work locally with customers in China and Taiwan for up to 3 months at a time.
