Responsible for end-to-end development of many of Anow's significant core features such as Subscriptions, Payments, and the public API. Built reusable components on the front-end using React, Angular, HTML5, CSS3 and numerous other javascript libraries. Wrote most server-side code in .NET Core/ASP.NET's MVC framework using C# but also used Node.js, Serverless, and AWS for specific tasks.

Worked on client-side Backbone.js applications using RESTful APIs and jQuery hooked up to a PHP back-end that utilized MongoDB. Helped develop and productize the proprietary 'Glazr'​ framework’s signature app 'TourGuide'​. Set up the architecture for an app called 'Form Validation' implementing all features/design.

Responsible for ensuring the quality of all Investopedia products. The work within this team varied from creating test plans, manual testing, managing inboxes and replying to site users, unit testing, load testing, and automated testing. During the successful complete cutover of the Investopedia codebase from C# to PHP that the Shanghai office’s development team completed, I was thoroughly involved with all QA and technical requirements documentation, and acted as a technical liaison between offices.

Worked within a large team responsible for all major product development using the ASP.NET framework and C# with MySQL as the backend database with a strong focus on SEO, first and second tier support, application deployments, and maintaining development, test, and live environments. Using Python, I created a web scraping tool that was used as the driving force behind most of the manual QA testing for Investopedia.com. This tool cut down on hundreds of hours of manual QA and replaced 2 outsourced QA positions after its inception.

Used C#, WPF and OpenEdge ABL as a backend database to create programs used internally by the company to increase efficiency among employees. Built a website used internally and by outside clients using Silverlight 4, WCF and the same ABL database used throughout all other programs. Documented my code and others. Worked extensively with the Microsoft Office API creating Office automation applications and streamlined business functions using templates and XML.

Used VB.NET 2005 and MS SQL Server 2005 to create programs used internally by the company to increase efficiency among employees. Documented my code and others. Dealt with Crystal Reports.
