The goal has always been to connect the Retail Branch Channel to a dedicated Small Business team, utilizing synergies and teamwork to assist our customers and each other. I strive to bring a genuine approach to both banking and sales management. My teams have always taken their job seriously without taking themselves too seriously. We work hard to be genuine and memorable, allowing customers to buy from us without "selling" them. My mission is to provide training, support, and encouragement to my team and Retail in a setting where no one needs to worry about hidden agendas. We work hard to get the job done. I pride myself on always being available to anyone at any level and take my follow up and follow through seriously.When not focused on my day job, I can be found working as an Executive Board Member for the Small Business Advocacy Council, or participating on the Funders Panel for Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses initiative.
