Responsible for the tendering of a number of significant projects which included 2 No office blocks in the centre of Cambridge city centre along side the mainline into London Kings Cross, this included a two storey deep basement car park, in a tight site which special measures required due to the proximity of adjacent hotel, railway station and fly over. This included all the logistic planning and establishment of the project team ready to commence on site shortly.Tender for the Estate Development for Surrey Police at Mount Brown at Guilford, 2 Stage tender with the development from the RIBA 3 with a phased delivery over 6yrs at approximate cost of £90m.Tender for Lambeth South Back College for an £60m extension to their existing teaching building 5000m2 and the construction of a new 9 storey 10,000m2 facilities to enhance their offering.Further tender included the extension of the existing Roll Royce Plant at Goodwood for circa £150m to provide an additional 52,000m2 of floor space which included a Paint Shop and Logistic Facilities to be constructed along side the adjacent operating Plant

South London and Maudsley Hospital (SLaM) Projects - £111m The two projects were both carried out under a PCSA appointment for P21+ stage 2 & 3 for a preconstruction commission involving close control of the budget. Douglas Bennett House (DBH) and the Pears Maudsley Centre for Children and Young People (CYP) are projects that are approximately 10,000 sqm each. These were both pioneering state of the art projects, first of their type in the UK.DBH is a £56m new build inpatient adult acute mental health hospital involving development of Stage 3 proposals for the demolition and reconstruction of the facility. CYP is a £55m new build centre for mental health research, therapeutic treatments for young people. CYP has a two-storey basement, piled from ground level. CYP provides consultant and mixed office space along with an in-house children’s school

Tendering various schemes which included Kingston Community School which included a deep basement along side the train mainline into Waterloo Station with a 3 storey school and separate 10 No residential property above. This included the all the pre construction works before being handed over for construction. A further tender was for Winchester College and the replacement off their existing sports facilities including a 25m swimming pool, rifle shooting range, squash courts and full size sports hall in a live school environment

New Covent Garden Market, Nine ElmsPart of the Senior Management Team on a £200m major redevelopment in multiple phases of the central London Fruit, Vegetable and Flower market to free up land for further development. The 10-year project will see the delivery of over 46,450 sqm of new, state-of-the-art market facilities across a 37-acre site which will house the 200 market businesses. The site is directly adjacent to a Network Rail line and required liaison with numerous stakeholders. t Initially responsible for the successful delivery of a new 12,000m2, 4-storey office block with terrace gardens and fitted out to Cat C+ standard. Which included the delivery of the ground floor was a c10,000 sqm fully fitted out distribution centre for three of the largest market traders

Pier 1 Gatwick -£100m+Responsible for the £105m replacement of the current, life-expired Pier 1 with an new build, highly complex, aircraft pier (5No code C aircraft stands) and baggage handling facility within a logistically challenging live airport environment with public interface. Responsible for establishing the strategy, approach, objectives and targets for project delivery, developing and integrating the delivery programme for the works. High-performing team under a very tight programme and robust cost control, while establishing and implementing a project culture which delivered a very high health and safety standard and quality control procedures.

Tendering various schemes which included the upgrade of Abu Dhabi Airport and replacement of an aircraft pier, boarding gates, aircraft loading bridges and associated stands. This included site visits and time in our regional office in the AUE.

Responsible for all aspects of the successful delivery of the upgrade of a £35m airside project on Pier 2 in the South Terminal- Gatwick. This consisted of 13 aircraft stands and 20 gaterooms. This included new build vertical passenger circulation structures, airbridges, guidance systems, lift & escalator installation,apron concrete works,internal gateroom fit out and external apron fit out within a 'Live' passenger & aircraft environment.

Seconded to BAA as the Client Lead on the T4 Airline Moves which was to manage and deliver approximately 90 different types of accommodation, offices, check in desks and back offices, to an extremely tight and strategically important programme with approx 30 different tenants (£32m).TWC Project Manager and the Client Project Leader for the Terminal 3 Passenger Transfer & New Coaching Station. These were two seperate structure, One being an alteration & refurbishment of an existing building whilst maintaining passenger flow and operational facilities and the other being a demolition and new build adjacent 'Live' operational stands(£30m)Seconded to BAA to assit the Senior Project leader in the upgrade of the existing Check- In facility at Terminal 3 Heathrow incluidng forecourt works, new Virgin Atlantic VIP check-in and general check in concourse (£80m)

A new 14,000 North Stand, with 15 executive boxes, conference centres and media facilities for Surrey County Cricket Club- Project Manager on the later stages of the works, responsible for ensuring the delivery of the final stages and achieving successful sectional completion through close liasion with suppliers & client and setting of stringent and measureable Key Performance Indicators.whilst establishing better and more efficient ways of working.- JCT Major Works with D&B- £42m

Pontypool Town Centre Redevelopment-D&B of new Retail Park and a New Tesco Superstore- on two different sites- this consisted of 3 seperate contracts which included the remediation of the land for development, the construction of the various infrastructure, the construction of the shell & core of the various retail units and the fitout of the units.various contracts- £24m
