CurrentHighley experienced and passionate L&D professional with a specialist in Learning Management Systems and Digital Learning solutions.Defra Delivery lead for Learning Zone: 2025. Ambitious LMS replacement project that supports the EA’s Strategic Workforce Plan. Working extensively with the EA and Defra DDTS and DgC to:• Deliver an original feasibility study.• Lead multiple workshops to develop a specification of requirements.• Lead the project through the commercial phase to contract award. • Key delivery lead in the implementation phase, working in close partnership with senior project leads/Manage service operations of the EA's existing Learning Management System (Learning Zone) that serves over 12,000 employees, delivering over 1,800 solutions (face to face, webinar and e-learning). Contract management of • LMS Service Provision • EA’s bespoke development contract Scoping & design - dependent on commission and capacity, partner with stakeholders on specific priorities to understand the learning need, propose solutions which optimise effectiveness and value for money, and help design and/or source the selected solution. Key successes being the Incident Management development framework that has enhanced the EA’s incident response capabilities. Line management/recruitment of team members.
