Quest Global provides end-to-end global product engineering services in the Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Energy, Hi-Tech, Medical Devices, Rail and Semiconductor industries. At the time, the executive team at Quest Global was looking for an industry-savvy Supply Chain expert to not only direct and plan the organization's supply chain initiatives, policies, and objectives but also an Operations Expert to leverage expertise across all business aspects. Advising and working closely with the management team, my priority is to oversee the inventory, distribution, and transportation activities in the organization. I am responsible for directing and overseeing the supply chain management team in order to optimize several manufacturing locations and distribution centers. I play a crucial role in the development and implementation of processes that drive measurable performance and productivity of the team responsible for buying, inventory, and master data management. I manage all phases of material and equipment buying and management processes and ensure necessary approvals and communications flow to and from the team and executive leadership within each market. Other duties include overseeing the development of the supply chain budget, reviewing the operating performance with quality, cost, and service metrics, and collaborating with quality, customer service, and sales departments to maintain the consistency of supply and demand objectives.

I was brought into Imaginetics’ leadership team to envision and effectively articulate a clear, modern, and effective integrated end-to-end supply chain that met and kept pace with superior expectations while keeping costs of operations within the established budgets and guidelines. Vantage Mobility International is a global leader in wheelchair-accessible vehicle conversions for over 30 years. At Vantage Mobility International, I set detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards are, updating the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, fixes and improvements. I determined quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures, monitored the entire production cycle, and performed regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible.
