Handling secure mail such as Passports, Visa's and various other important documentation

• Ownership of the service centres Profit & Loss, revenue and cost target achievements• Management of 25 delivery routes with responsibility of up to 51 number of staff at any one point in time• Planning and Organisation for the service centre• Motivation and Leadership of all Staff ensuring business improvements• Chair daily operations meetings• Monitor depot Key Performance Indicators– Service and Costs• Set depot yearly budget• Conduct weekly GLIT meetings (Goods Lost In Transport)• Chair conference calls for regional managers• Ensure Legal compliance for the business is adhered to• Set and Conduct management appraisals and disciplinary/grievance• Undertake additional Project work as and when required• Identify individuals with potential for further development and progression within the Business
