When joining Collabor8online I made the successful transition from Developer to that of Development Manager enabling me to manage multiple projects at one time. I was also able to transfer the front-end development skills used developing websites, to the front-end development requirements of Collabor8online. In addition, I was able to work directly with our back-end developers and manage their workloads and projects. This was a simple transition as I already had developed extremely strong interpersonal management skills earlier in my career.
