Responsible for all Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) and Operations for 140 Megawatts (MW's) of Assets in US, Italy, Greece and Slovakia. Highlights include opening San Francisco office to support 600 MW’s of projects in MD, FL, GA and AL including four 230KV substations. Other highlights include securing 600 MW’s of “Tariff Free” panels. Developed and implemented conceptual cost estimating tool to quickly assess EPC Costs for RFP’s and PPA’s. Put into practice budgeting tools, cash flow models, EPC, O&M contracts and exhibits, standardized weekly reporting with metrics on safety, engineering, permitting, construction and commissioning. Strategic O&M Focus for 49 plants (140 MW) in Europe and US running at 100% with quick response time for repairs. Directed repairs on under-performing Italy assets and improved performance by 5.0+%. Delivered two highly complex projects in the southeast US with extensive site work, clearing, grading and wetlands with two hurricanes.

Responsible for construction and commissioning of 15+ Design/Build EPC Utility projects 700+MW’s in North and South America with overall P&L responsibility for $1.5B portfolio. Division leader for 12 direct reports and 85 personnel. Corporate record achieved in Q2-2016 installing over 225 MW’s generating enough to power 37,000 homes. Preconstruction leader for the $2+ Billion 747 MW's Solar Star Project. Key strategic focus on Balance of System (BOS) cost reduction through advanced product development and equipment integration. Leader in procurement strategy, subcontractor selection process and contract negotiations. Six 20-50 MW projects delivered Apple Corporation in North Carolina, Nevada, Arizona and Oregon. Other highlights include the 70 MW PV Salvador project in the Atacama Desert in Northern Chile; recognized as the world's largest solar power plant based on spot market electricity ("merchant") revenues.

Developed employee training and mentoring program. Established energy benchmarking standards and measurements for tracking energy and waste diversion. Consulting with clients and project teams on best practices and delivery methods for sustainability. ● City College of San Francisco, Ocean Campus $130M San Francisco LEED Gold, CM-at-Risk project. $40M Sitework phase includes 160,000 yards of imported fill, 720-ton Geothermal heat exchange system, new central plant, and included 400 wells/ each 400 feet deep, 65 miles of piping. ● City College of San Francisco, New Chinatown North Beach Campus $107M, LEED Silver San Francisco 175,000 SF, CM-at-Risk project delivery of new 14-story high-rise Community College Campus and adjacent 5-story Building in the heart of San Francisco’s historic Chinatown. The project is the first high-rise Community College campus in the state which includes DSA approval for structural, life safety and accessibility. San Mateo Community College District - $800M Capital Improvement Program● Chevron/Texaco Energy Upgrades - $20M Design/Build Performance Based Energy Saving Agreement (PBESA). Work included installation of co-gen systems, 650-ton chiller plant replacement, hot water and chilled water loop repairs/installation, zone controls and automated building management system.● District-wide Athletics Facilities Upgrades - $20M Design/Build project included 7 synthetic football, baseball and soccer fields. ● Fire Alarm System Replacement Project - New $3M fire alarm system installed at two campuses which included 47 buildings, 38 miles of cable and over 2,000 devices. ● Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching, Palo Alto, CA. $11M, New 21,379 SF - New headquarters building for the non-profit client. The facility was built on land leased by Stanford University. Managed approvals, design and construction process for this environmentally sensitive project. Work closely with County, Stanford and biologists to comply with 80 conditions of approval including heritage oaks, nesting raptors, endangered species and adjacent Stanford Student observatory.● Dole Honduras, Honduras C.A. $150M damage/disaster assessment associated with hurricane Mitch. Orchestrated personnel from 5 regional offices to perform hurricane damage assessments for Dole Foods in Honduras.● Old Navy Flagship 4th & Market, San Francisco, CA. - $13.4M Tenant Improvement project delivered in 8 months, 4-story, 100,000 SF premier Flagship store located within prominent historic building. Aggressive 34-week schedule with coordination of fire/life/safety inspections w/ core & shell contractor, construction of a restaurant.● Arden Wood, San Francisco CA. $11M in renovation work on historic 120,000 SF Assisted living facility for non-profit client. Major upgrades included; new 40,000 SF roof, extensive grading and, new fire alarm / sprinkler system, kitchen upgrades, elevator modernization's.

Bank of America - ADA Compliance Program $54M project includes ADA compliance upgrades of 1,400 retail branches in 9 western states. Working as Design/Builder on 180 California branches and Program Manager for the 9-state program. ADA upgrades completed for 340 branches in 1997. Project involved extensive client reporting, in-depth budget analysis and cost accounting, interdivisional coordination between 3 different McCarthy divisions, Procedures Manual development and Standard Design Documents. Position also included supervision of superintendents, project engineers and project secretary. The project included managing subcontractors and architects and writing/negotiating contracts. All ADA upgrades are thoroughly planned out, coordinated with Bank's security and are completed in a single night.

Buck Institute Novato CA, $184M Senior Project Engineer on this multi-phased, research facility. Phase I will consist of a three and a four story building totaling (184,000 SF); The Construction Budget for this Research, Support and Education Building and Laboratory #4 building are estimated at $38 million. Duties include the development of a project cost control report, project schedules, coordination meetings with local utilities, setup/coordination of Field Construction Office, setup of the field document tracking software, cash flow projections, minor cost estimating and preparation of bid documents. Marin County Jail $26M110,000 square feet, 222 cells, $19 million dollar construction cost, $26 million total project cost. This project was built partially below grade and is adjacent and also connected to Frank Lloyd Wright's Marin County Civic Center. Created specialized field orders. Performed onsite quality control services. Updated project construction schedule. Review of RFI’s, submittal's and field orders. Developed project punch list, maintained as-built drawings, coordinated project closeout activitiesProgram Management duties for the 5 years working on the California Department of Corrections - State Prison Construction program included: developing and updating project design and construction schedules, creating “Proceed to Bid” documents, providing technical support for A/E negotiations, preparing State’s estimates and contract amendments, coordinating and maintain tracking logs, conducting training for new employees, preparing project addendum's, RFI review, contract, air permitting and equipment coordination for new equipment.
