My role involved building and maintaining customer relations by the way of interaction withcurrent, previous and potential new customers. Using forecasts, data analysis in regards tocustomers sales history, product requests, merchandising and in-store promotions to encourageincreased sales. Maintain or improve business relations with customers, specifically focusing oncustomer complaints, satisfaction leading to retention and ultimately driving sales growth.During the busy season it was not unusual to be expected to assist with order inputting,Transport planning along with organizing Third Party Hauliers or even helping out on thenursery, driving a forklift loading vehicles, loading Danish trolley onto vehicles or even makingdeliveries to customers throughout the UK…I was also responsible for setting up and arranging Trade show stands, including plantrequirements, transport arrangements, Advertisement, catalogues, newsletters, availabilitysheets etc for trade shows throughout the year, which I am proud to say won many awardsalong the way!!

Key responsibilities: Control and monitor staffing levels, costing, recruitment, inductions, attendance, salaries and required training. To ensure production requirements are met on a daily basis in an efficient manner, meeting departure deadlines with customer requirements and quality satisfaction. To ensure that all procedures, production checklists, schedules are being completed accurately and recorded in a timely manner. Monitor and check on a regular basis that all customer specifications and requirements are being adhered to at all times. Arrange staff rotas to ensure adequate personnel cover to ensure efficient staffing levels across all shifts.

Key responsibility: Manage all aspects of material management for the site in Doncaster for the forth coming Christmas Campaign, which was the company's main distribution hub, comprising of the following areas:- Dispatch, ambient finished goods store, packaging store, raw material stores, ingredient stores, cold stores and freezers. I was also responsible for managing stock holding and movements of our third party storage warehouses, where we stored 4,000 pallets of frozen product.
