I am a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 30 years experience in Building Control, Building Regulation consultancy and a former RICS Assessment of Professional Competence panel chairman.Having managed regional teams in both the public and private sector I am now Technical Director for JHAi a leading Approved Inspector and regulatory compliance consultancy.
