A strategic transformational leader, I have worked in education for the last 20 years. For the last 10 years I have held positions at Deputy Headteacher and Headteacher level within a diverse range of complex communities and primary schools and have been responsible for delivering highly successful educational outcomes. I have been responsible for developing a range of services including Children’s Centres and have developed highly skilled teams of people responsible for key developments within education. I have been responsible for budgets in excess of £1.5 million and have successfully led organisational change which has enabled rapid improvements to the standards of teaching and learning in the schools in which I have worked. I have successfully led schools from Requires Improvement to a status of Good in a very short period - 3 years through developing effective leadership teams resulting in progress and attainment above the national average.
