Helping people understand their potential and how to develop it, is important to those people. We are the only person reasonable for our own life. Improving the quality of our life to a degree that is very likely, at this time, beyond the scope of our imagination sounds daunting. I am keen to see people learn to work at developing their strengths and managing their weaknesses and develop a healthy respect for their potential and capabilities.

Helping people within the work environment to over come their limitations by putting my real estate and entrepreneurial experience into the hands CEO's, Executives, employees and students that are working to succeed in today's changing work environment. My goal is to teach them to take control in their lives, to combine their strengths and passions and build their own success.One of the greatest gifts I can give people is to teach them to achieve the success they are looking for.

Key responsibilities were:• Recruiting, leading and developing a team of Valuers and Research Analysts providing consultancy services to large developers, government and individual clients.• Working with developers, town planners, architects in early stages of developments completing “highest and best use” studies to identify the optimum use or configuration of proposed developments e.g. lot sizes, frontages, unit configurations, target markets.• Overseeing project progression through master planning, feasibility analysis, site purchases negotiations and development approvals.• Providing property valuations for commercial, industrial, retail sites, along with high end residential dwellings for mortgage purposes and as “evidence of value”.• Expert witness in legal disputes, representing developers in the Land and Environment Court.Key achievements:• Led the business development focus, through developing and maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high quality outcomes.• Researched, negotiated and purchased development sites and led projects on behalf of clients including:o Joint venture with Thinc Projects under the federal government stimulus program to assess development sites within Southern and Western NSW and to acquire residential unit buildings with a total value of $120m for NSW Housing – recognised by the government as the model contractor, achieving all targets. • Developed company profile - presenting to financial institutions and potential clients at networking functions and seminars, and built the “industry expert” status of the business.
