I sweep using a dust mop and broom, mop tiles and floors with Vinegar water, dust, Vacuum halls and the Church sanctuary , gather and throw away trash. I also wash the windows and disinfect surfaces people touch.

Prepared sides from packages in food prep areas, washed Chicken in a sink, transferred to a wiry basket, then depending on what was needed on the line the chicken is coated once for original and baked, twice for extra crispy then arranged on mesh sheets and deep fried. replaced /replenished food that was at low volume on the line, swept and mopped prep areas every 2 hrs, cleaned the prep stations, bathrooms and dining areas.

part of work/study program, I prepped and cooked breakfast Items such as, Pancakes, Breakfast Burritoes, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, etc. finished each shift by cleaning the prep area, degreasing and cleaning the stoves and griddles. Attended safety trainings.As a Dishwasher, I cleaned the trays, plates and silverware used by the students and staff, plus, cleaning the tools used by the cooks and prep.I finished each shift by taking out the trash, cleaning the tray carousel and the wash areas and organizing drying silverware.
