*** Role currently includes an ongoing secondment to the Network Efficiency Team (Past 18 months). The current project's aim is to implement labour standard improvements identified through Productivity Analysis (such as Time Study), with a projected saving of £6M+ per year. ***►Maintaining and improving the Colleague Performance Management system across the distribution network for Sainsbury's Plc.►Achieved through the implementation of MTM Labour Standards, which are continuously revised and improved through Productivity Analysis using Time Study (along with other methodologies)► Increasing efficiency of work environments and practices using LEAN methodologies and practices►Ensuring Management of all levels across the network understand and can utilise the CPM system to leverage effective and efficient performance from their teams and individual colleagues

◙ An expansion to the Warehouse Planning Managers role to also include; ► management of the recording, collating and implementation of the Colleague Performance Management process ► management of the Red Prairie CPM Housekeeping process ► to investigate and identify performance trends and implement process changes to better maintain or improve overall performance and site KPIs ◙ Achievements Include; ✅ creation and implementation of a daily KPI monitoring tool suite. It utilises data extracted from the site's Red Prairie CPM system to identify variances in performance against budget to individual task level (see attached for screenshots) ✅ successfully created and implemented tools for the monitoring and management of colleague performance. Also a key part of the creation of the process and it's subsequent revisions

◙ an Operational Resource and Labour Planner responsible for; ► creation of cost effective weekly labour plans. Regularly achieving plans cost favourable to budget by 50 to 100 hours ► recruitment for and the development and management of a team of 4 MIS clerks. The team are responsible for assisting in the performance, holiday and payroll information processing for approx. 350 colleagues ► management of rota, skill base and staffing level requirements ► Christmas peak and other major events planning ► production of daily and weekly commercial finance figures for senior management and Finance department ◙ Achievements include; ✅ 4 consecutive successful X-Mas peak events, culminating in just shy of 2M cases delivered in 8 days for 2016 ✅ creation of financial collation and reporting tools using data extracted from the Red Prairie CPM System. The tools produce accurate daily and weekly financial data for use in commercial reporting packs and to track performance against budgeted KPIs (see attached for screenshots) ✅ Created a new Operational Planning Model (see attached for screenshots)

◙ Warehouse Team Manager responsible for; ► management of teams of 50+ people,(performance, welfare, holidays etc) ► managing resources to achieve KPIs (including reduction of labour costs and achieving accuracy, performance and absence targets) ► ensuring the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) operation is completed on time and error free on a daily basis ► conducting investigations relating to accidents, performance, conduct etc. ► conducting disciplinary hearings ► involvement in the recruitment of warehouse colleagues, including interviewing and selection ◙ Achievements include; ► trained as a Red-Prairie Super-User and implemented a training plan to teach other Team Managers how to use the new WMS and associated hardware (scanning watches, scan points etc.) ► worked as part of a project team to successfully manage the implementation of the new Red Prairie WMS in the FMCG chambers of the site
