Steve is the AFI 11-215 qualified Flight Manual Manager for America's Next Generation Presidential Aircraft. • Plans and manages the acquisition of Flight Manual Technical Orders to operate the executive aircraft. Plans, programs, budgets, and executes financial resources for the acquisition of Flight Manuals. • Serves as the focal point for information and expertise on the flight manuals program; provides for the coordination of support required for acquisition, production and full operational capability including the synthesis and optimum contribution of various specialties such as engineering and manufacturing, logistics, test and evaluation; and is concerned with achieving the optimum mix of cost, schedule, and performance of the programs. • Manages and controls the Aircrew Flight Manual Program for assigned aircraft. Works with aircrews, contractor(s), maintenance, engineering and requirements technicians providing assistance to solve complex problems. • Serves as the Air Force representative on joint Government and industry panels. Assists the Program Office in establishing contractual and management requirements for flight manual technical data, support equipment, and maintenance procedures.
