As a member of the senior NOC leadership team, I report directly to the Director of the Network Operations Center in my current role as the NOC Training Manager. Starting off as a TekSystems contractor (May 2014 – July 2014), I was a Network SME supporting Project Managers encountering issues with network (wired, wireless and VoIP) installations. As a NetworkSME, I oversaw network issues revolving around the opening and conversion of 10,000 newly acquired Family Dollar stores. I travelled across the U.S. Southeast.

I provided network support for some 30 large hotels and restaurants including St. Louis Ballpark Hilton, Doubletree Union Station, St. Louis Airport Marriot. I provide technical support for MasterCard’s Network Operations (LAN) environment. I analyzed information to determine network performance, tested and verified the MasterCard infrastructure.
