Our home facility Basketball City is located in Roseville, MI and is home to the MWA Elite Basketball Club. Basketball City has been in business since 1990 and offers daily open gym-(All ages), practice court rentals and basketball training.Midwest Athletics offers the longest running basketball league in Southeastern Michigan, The D-Leagues. Our annual events have been a fixture in the basketball community for over 20 years. MWA ELITE BASKETBALL CLUB, Roseville, Michigan 9/2005 – PresentOwner - 30-team, year-round, boys and girls travel basketball club. The CSC partners with the school principal and school-based instructional leadership team, staff members, students, families, and the greater community to identify the school community’s assets and needs. Facilitated the development and implementation of the strategic plan and campus growth plan byleveraging and aligning community assets and relationships with school and student needs. Managed the integration of before and after school programs and wraparound services with theacademic program and schedule. Established 1st inaugural High School fair partnering with top Detroit high schools to insure successful student placement and transition. Partnered with SOAR Detroit to build a cost-free mentorship program for student 3 rd -8th grade.o Utilized the Becoming a 21st Century Leader Curriculum (Loyalty, Empowering, Assertive,Determined, Educated, Responsible) Raised ~ $25,000 over a 10-month period to support school field trips, equipment needs, transportation and meals.
