A 5 month internship where I learned sales techniques by cold calling prospective leads and closing potential clients. Received hands on client relationship training and practice by dealing with clients with day-to-day responsibilities of collecting and recording paperwork and notifying clients of any loan changes. Discovered and thoroughly learned the Encompass system used for tracking and updating the pipeline of loans.

A 10-week internship with responsibilities including: creating budgets and forecasts, updating forecasts, and preparing budget and forecast presentations that were delivered to key executives. Also assisted in the completion of several projects of cost-benefit analysis, collections, and requests for new projects.
