Established and owned a $8.4 million CSR project that re-adjudicated $4.5 billion in Public Exchange (HIX) business claims. Project resulted in a medical claim good-guy of $233 million for the 2014 and 2015 benefit years by producing $740 million in subsidy recoveries.Established Aetna's HIX Interim 820 Payment Process - directly responsible for billing and collecting over $1 billion over 2 years in subsidy payments from CMS. Duties include forecasting; analysis of forecast, revenue and expense streams. Analysis of institute data structures and daily reconciliation of all datamarts against predicted forecasts.

Worked with Directors, Sr. Managers and Program Managers on maintaining accurate real-time forecasts. Reported to VP and Dean daily on status of revenue and expense forecasts. With VP and Dean’s supervision, managed campus revenue budget of $18M, developed a 5 Year Budget Plan, and helped develop a successful re-organization strategy with HR. Conceptualized, developed, implemented and maintained a Forecast Program that amassed several institute data structures into my custom analysis program. Conceptualized, developed, implemented and remotely maintained a temporary CRM system for an ad-hoc call center for specific programs; improved calling and temporary personnel efficiency by over 80% in 3 weeks. Filled in for VP & Dean during the end of the FY by managing the closing of our books so that revenue and expenses hit targeted goals.

Developed, implemented, and maintained a highly dynamic database system used to schedule all academic programs within Rensselaer for three years out. Tracked faculty workloads, performance, salaries, professional development and general expenses. Generated detailed budgets for cohort class trips abroad and remote academic facility sites. Maintained portions of the academic catalogue and calendar. Instrumental in the hiring of eleven new full time faculties. Developed and implemented a Plan of Study project that significantly increased the accuracy of our forecasted enrollment for classes three years out. Began work on implemented new processes to make registering for classes easier and convenient for students.
