* Lead the development of the project by being the main coordinator between the general contractors, Neighbors and Landmark Construction.* Generate Contracts, Change Orders, Wrap Agreements among other project documents using Excel, Word and other Softwares.* Using my skills in both AutoCAD and Bluebeam Revu, I was responsible for the development and design of a number of project floor plans in order to present a clear and accurate layout to developers and potential clients.* Oversee the on site work and ensure that the job progressed in accordance to the work schedule.* Establish a safe and happy on site working environment and maintain this as the project progressed.

* Carry out general factory maintenance with the Head Maintenance Technician.* Assist in fixing any issue that occurred on the line, ranging from Sensors, Conveyors Motors among others.* Record and document all changes and updates to product specs and factory utensils.
