Value Creation in Infrastructure & Natural Resources

- Value creation and asset management within the Infrastructure & Natural Resources group- Working closely with deal teams and portfolio company boards and C-suite, focus on strategy, operational improvement, governance and talent management across the portfolio- Evaluate and support transaction activity- Current board member of a Chilean water utility portfolio and Chilean electricity utility- Deep sector experience across utilities and transport

- Project lead in infrastructure procurement, financial due diligence and corporate finance engagements in the Greenfield and Secondary market infrastructure sectors- Advising Governments and the private sector on primary market infrastructure procurement projects- Advising Canadian funds, sponsors and corporates on infrastructure investments in North America, Latin America and Asia

- Management of multiple infrastructure project finance mandates and financial due diligence projects on both the buy- and sell-side- Business development responsibilities, including research of new concession tenders and potential secondary market deals, proposal preparation and presentation- Preparing and presenting project analysis and financial due diligence reports- Creation, use and review of complex project and corporate finance infrastructure models in the context of broader financial advisory to both public- and private-side clients, primarily for infrastructure concessions- Work with global teams on global engagements in English and Spanish- Project management and team leadership, managing multiple projects and teams of up to 20 people

- Experience in complex financial modeling and financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions- Significant project and team management, as well as client relationship management experience- Primary industry experience in infrastructure

Transaction Services- Coordination and execution of buy- and sell-side financial due diligence engagements- Analysis experience in quality of earnings, working capital, foreign exchange, capital expenditure management, revenue, margin and expense trending etc. Audit - Responsible for planning audit fieldwork, developing and implementing procedures in accordance with GAAS, budget creation and work allocation, coaching and providing feedback to associates, reviewing files and managing communication between the client, team and managers.
