Leading a team of 6 managers and 50 FTEs in Stock Control, Control Room, Goods-in Admin, Q.A, Product Data / System Automation and I.T.Full audit responsibilities for Stock and Goods-in functions, in line with Wincanton and customer external audit standards. Weekly reports and monthly meetings with the customer ensure a close working relationship and increased customer confidence.
