I am a member of the onsite IT tech support with a focus on cyber security and management. Work to maintain our network infrastructure and keep it safe from attack as well as making sure our data is backed up in case our network does get compromised.

I am in charge of designing cases using 3d Computer Aided Drafting software for customer equipment including backpacks, thermal formed EVA cases, luggage bags, and much more. I overcome the challenges of determining if the products fit in the case, if the case is able to be manufactured and the steps that need to be taken in order to make the product function properly.

As the Lead Technology Specialist, I was in charge of diagnosing, repairing, and selling customer computers that came into the store. I worked hands on with the other Techs to ensure that the computers were repaired properly and functioned correctly after leaving our care. I removed viruses, installed printers and software, helped customers with any problems they were having and troubleshooted different technical problems.
