I am responsible for planning all Shutdown Electrical work associated with the Port Hedland (Finucane Island) Port Facility including Car Dumpers (Iron Ore wagons), Stackers, Bucket Wheel Reclaimers, Ship Loaders and associated conveyorsMy duties are to:Ensure materials required are ordered and sighted prior to shutdown commencement.Identify labour requirements and ensure sufficient resources are available to perform the workEnsure 1SAP Master Data is correct and up to dateAdhere to BHPB Shutdown Management FrameworkManage all Shutdown Electrical Work ordersLiaise with other shutdown team members, including Shutdown Co-Ordinators, Schedulers, Isolation Co-Ordinators, Mechanical planners and Electrical and Mechanical Supervisors

Comply with Smelter Outage Project Milestones for planning.Liaise with relevant employees & contractors to ensure accuracy of planning information and correct interpretation of work and the associated critical requirements.Ensure all Resources, Services, Specials tools and equipment are considered and captured in SAP task lists and work instructions.Capture the identified Materials & Consumable requirements in SAP and manage lead time and escalation as required.Ensure that all Critical tasks & Activities identified during review and Flagged.Ensure all Procurement is undertaken in compliance to site Procurement requirements.Initiate Master data change requests as required.Manage Outage Work Orders in SAP as required.Support Work order activities required during transition from GSAP to 1SAP.Support Outage Execution for Emergent Planning.Support Progress Tracking during Outage.Support Project & Work Order close-out activities

Plan the scheduled servicing and maintenance of equipment ensuring compliance with all safety and statutory requirementsCoordinate & schedule backlog Monitor and maintain accuracy of equipment maintenance history, records and technical information on the on-site Maintenance Management System (SAP)Develop maintenance plans using equipment strategies to facilitate maximum production and minimal costsEnsure scheduling of Services and Maintenance repairs are kept currentLiaise with internal and external suppliers to ensure that all parts and materials required to effect repairs/services are available at the scheduled timesAssist internal and external Auditors verify the records and workflow process.Identify assets that are missing from the Functional Location list, ensuring that they are created and accurately represent the correct relationship in the structure.Identify material not in the master material list, ensuring that all information (price, manufacturers reference, description etc) for them to be created is accurate. Ensure BOMs are accurately recorded against each asset.
