Design and manage Just Transition focused projects in Laudes Foundation’s key industries and cross-cutting themes in Latin America, Africa, Asia, and Europe to ensure a Gender Equity and Social Inclusion (GESI) lens is applied. Lead GESI integration across programmes’ strategies and projects. In January 2020, C&A Foundation migrated to Laudes Foundation.Designed and implemented Laudes Foundation’s Labour Rights strategy in Mexico, which included the enhancement of working conditions and eradication of child and forced labour in the garment industry through a gender justice lens. Created a project portfolio of over EUR 5 million. Developed and operated Laudes Foundation exit strategy from Mexico (over EUR 6 million). - Created Laudes Foundation's Labour Rights and Gender Justice strategy for Mexico with a vision towards systemic change. - Co-designed and monitored labour rights projects with a large spectrum of partner organisations (grassroots organisations, women’s funds, think-tanks, etc.). - Analysed national and local contexts, policies, and laws to inform projects' pipeline. - Coordinated with other funders and stakeholders to advance the agenda on Working Conditions, Child and Forced Labour, and Gender Justice in Mexico and the region. - Created a robust network of stakeholders for Laudes Foundation and functioned as a convener and connector.- Acted as spokesperson for Laudes Foundation in Mexico.

Created a civil society organisation for a catholic congregation which focused on education and child’s rights in Mexico and Haiti (especially for Indigenous and Restavek children). Secured various projects to advance the work in the country, despite dramatic budget cuts in the UK. Commissioned and monitored the evaluation of the large UK funded Criminal Justice Reform programme which contributed to the 2008 Criminal Justice Reform in Mexico. - Co-designed with civil society, Mexican Government, and development agencies Human Rights (HRs) and Economic Reform (ER) projects focused on changing legislation in Mexico and Central America to push forward Justice Reform, Freedom of Expression and Strengthening of Civil Society as well as sound competition policies, competitiveness, technological innovation, and financial regulations.- Monitored the implementation of projects ensuring financial and narrative reporting.- Conducted a portfolio review of ER projects from 2003-2009.- Created a robust network of like-minded professionals in British embassies throughout Latin America. - Acted as liaison with UK and Mexican ER and HRs stakeholders including government, academia, and national and international civil society organizations.
