I began my career in the Pharma Industry as a Marker Visualiser way back in 1989. Today, thirty years later, I work at Oxford Pharmagenesis, an award-winning, independent, global HealthScience consultancy and I could not be happier, what an agency!During my career I have worked on a variety of blue chip accounts for leading advertising agencies and pharma communications companies. My solid creative skills, strategic thinking and ability to communicate clearly and effectively have enabled me to progress from Visualiser to Graphic Designer, Art Director to Design Manager, Head of Design, then Studio Manager, Production Director and again Studio Manager. I now enjoy the less hectic role of Senior Creative Artworker, happy to let others develop and drive the team into the next phase. As you'd expect I am proficient in a range of digital packages, including the Creative Suite big hitters; InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. I also have excellent management experience and trafficking skills and am adept at coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on strategy, on budget and on time. My cool, calm demeanour helps me to act decisively and solve problems, and I am always ready to roll my sleeves up and get stuck in – whatever it takes to make every project a success.
